Drive-In Classics no. 1 - Not Of This Earth (Not of This Earth - 1957)

It was quiet for several days in zombie bunkers. Reason: the author is the hour in bed with bronchitis and pitied herself to my surprise, sailed today, the first film of the Drive-In Classics series "Not Of This Earth" (1957) in the parlor. Of course the good piece could not stay long without being seen and so I went in delirium once more into the enchanting world of Roger Corman.
The film belongs with "Day The World Ended" (1955) or "It Conquered the World" (1956) on the Sci-Fi Corman's early works. It is remarkable that the material for such a well was that he was equal to two times a remake mess out (1988 and 1995).
This is central to Mr. Johnson, played by Paul Birch (but not always), is a strange, unworldly and unfashionable sunglasses bearing type that runs continuously with a briefcase and a petrified expression through the small town. He apparently suffers from a blood disease and can therefore be treated by a doctor. In his mansion, he has hired a city known crooks Jeremy order for girls to play him for everything. The house has, moreover, a beautiful wallpaper and a bonsai Impressive size. Johnson has easy style.
When he gets to the very capable Doc sister Nadine Storey (Beverly Garland) to know and advertises them off easy. Therefore, it resides in future the bachelor cabin.
the same time strange things happen in the city.
lifeless body that are completely empty of blood to be found and no one really knows what's phase. We will not reveal at this point!
How do I find a very interesting situation for a really great unreacted B-movies, many would think the scenes houses and even a small umbrella jellyfish monster up his sleeve.
Ok, Beverly Garland is no Marilyn Monroe, but definitely has its advantages. How obscene it rolls up her pantyhose and then kess Jeremy slapping. The woman definitely has style. All interaction between her and Johnson's servant is screamingly funny anyway. Jeremy that is characterized by the inflationary use of the word "baby" and tried, rather unsuccessfully, to land at the blonde lady. After all, he must watch her while bathing in the hotel's swimming pool. Too bad bathing suits of the 50s were anything but open-hearted and bathing caps but not necessarily the price of the slipperiest Clothing accessory win.
On the other hand, sometimes cheerful mood by the presence of Johnson debilitating. While the glasses are really funny, but he takes care of this, come his expressionless eyes, white to light, that it can even kill people.
Well, it döngelt at the door and who is there? Our friend Dick Miller ( "A Bucket Of Blood" (1959) , "Gremlins" (1984)), this being a vacuum cleaner salesman, who suck in the basement of Johnson wants a little. About as an unexpected reunion one looks forward easily.
Corman also presents us with a crazy alien communication system in the closet and the above-mentioned Quallenfliegenviech.
The showdown with a vicious car chase through the streets of the town, up in the local orchards shoots, then the fireworks from final. Pleasant, as the fleeing Nadine will be played in double speed.
With 67 minutes a day and even then you can be happy on the extremely successful final scene. But we still have the audio commentary on the disc.
Mike Siegel, film historian and his sign maker, is celebrating this truly enjoyable and very informative commentary made its debut. Without comment, I too would not have noticed that Mr. Johnson in some settings, not played by Paul Birch was. Siegel stands out with several cross-references to other films, a detailed lighting by Roger Corman and is also concerned with the situation of 50's classics in German cinemas. For late-born a truly godsend.
here has definitely established a new audio commentary with a considerable cost, from which we will hopefully hear in the future one or the other film comment. But otherwise subculture Entertainment has made great achievements. The image has become good and the sound, although in some places the original cinema synchronization was not reconstructed, can be heard. A little noise in the background can be heard at the beginning of yet, but you get the after a few minutes no longer. On the other hand, the noise of the drive-in feeling is beneficial. To get an insight into the restoration work of the publication, one has to examine the feature "Tooth of Time" the ability to copy 35mm and its actual condition.
In the film, even the really great original-made bias is included as a bonus you get, but also the Deuscher Klinger opening credits.
Furthermore one can look forward to the American and German trailer and a photo gallery with some in German, but also international, Material the film.
The packaging is exemplary. The glossy slipcase looks very precious and is adorned with a wrapped around the front and back of distributing motive case. Inside, one discovers at once the booklet! Here I must begin, however, a little criticism. The paper is unfortunately very thin and does a fragile impression, but I can not deny that it fits perfectly to the content, and the genius with numbers printed on the back stamp. Pelle the Bali has contributed a really interesting article on "Not Of This Earth" and complements the information density of this great strip, so that what trivia etc. As is well looked after.
I am highly satisfied with the work of sub-culture and I am glad to have got hold of one of 500 copies.
Oh, and today you can pre-order No. 2 of the Grindhouse Collection! Good timing, die)

Goods truth and the media resistance attributes

The rewash film production has published its first online documentary called "The goods truth and the media resistance in the Internet" . The document deals with the question whether the mass media, your information and control function still perceive sufficient and what alternative Internet media move to the future.

Goods Truth Part 2 / 4

Goods truth part 3 / 4

Goods Truth Part 4 / 4

formed for some time the medial resistance in the Internet. Non-partisan, independent and with all the possibilities of Web 2.0 very familiar scene, a growing network of activists says bluntly about what is being concealed in newspapers and TV like. In the documentation about political bloggers, publishers, video makers and journalists as well as media and communication scholars to speak. One of the many independent media makers see themselves as part of the so-called truth movement What unites them is doubt about the official version of the events of 11 September 2001. You will also report on their web sites on many other controversial themes and participate on their way active in the political opinion-forming process. But how trustworthy are the independent Internet media? And as it is with the credibility of the mainstream media? Among the various "truths" it is of course always remain critical and to proceed at best, according to the motto of the interviewer, saying, "Do not believe for yourself!"

We, the makers of the movie, look forward very much to you to present "The goods truth." The non-commercial documentation was created with few financial resources as a pet project and has more than a year of work claimed. We have met many nice people and get interesting insights into the world of independent Internet media. Interview Question For Equities

Tales From Beyond The Pale

While in good old Germany more and more radio drama series, set or do not appear anymore, I have something my horizons expanded and looked across the pond. Until now, English-language radio plays for me white spots on the large map of consumable media. That has now changed to happiness. At fault are mainly the really great illustrations of a remarkable horror radio drama series that is offered for sale for a purely digital outrageously low price.
The project currently includes 10 episodes that make up the first season. Each episode is 30 minutes long and is said among other things, of well known actors. Notable example would be Ron Pearlman or Bill Weeden. The series is produced by the film director Larry Fessenden and Glenn McQuaid. In the 10 episodes there are very different and fascinating stories. From sinister clutches of a fishing trawler at sea, a plastic surgeon obsessed with madness, to a space adventure on a deserted planet, the vast spectrum covered by fantastic tales. The number can vary a spokesman for the different episodes from 3 to 9 But the radio plays like "The Trawler" with only a few speakers of an incredibly dense atmosphere and produce convincing across the board. Who is concerned that he may follow the English language is not always should listen to the side of the series in the episodes and make their own picture. Overall, it is very easy to understand and with sufficient knowledge of English quite edible.
The prices of the episodes are sensational. For about 1.6 € you get a half-hour suspense and scary feeling when Online Shop . Also found in the German Amazon Download Store least four episodes ("Man On The Ledge," "Is This Seat Taken?", "This Oracle Moon" and "Johnny Boy") that cost even only 0.89 €. Who accesses is not there own fault!
is a pity that the individual radio plays are finished quickly. On the other hand is also avoided, however, that a radio play and get lengths to bore the listener begins. Horror as a small snack between the consequences are not to be despised, and are particularly suitable for them to sleep on the ears.
The sound effects are professional and can convince. There comes a wonderfully eerie atmosphere and you feel a linked time and time again in the good old days of classic horror B-movies.
A really great project that should definitely help. Especially because a second season is planned with further consequences.
The beautiful cover would be that they prefer to stand on the shelf, but unfortunately there are (still) no physical releases. It must remain but not so, for a nice box with all 10 parts would be very good offer. Mainly because the artwork is just an eye candy. Let's see how the story unfolds further. I will definitely keep them in mind and at this point News information.
Have fun listening!

The Art of Hammer - Posters from the archives of Hammer Films - Marcus Hearn

We all know and love the quietschebunten horror flick from England. Gothikhorror time, sometimes even science fiction or horror monsters. The British film company has brought several classics over 3 decades on the road. The legendary Hammer productions have been here already worshiped in many places , so today is a special jewel from the hammer world are presented. The huge "The Art Of Hammer" book by Marcus Hearn. At nearly 200 pages is endless amounts of promotional material substance of the hammer lovingly presented to a high gloss and is provided with information. In addition, there is a great jacket with the image of Italian Film Posters of "Dracula AD" (1972).
One would like the chemistry students stealing directly from next door, its sterile white lab gloves in order not to this noble Hardcover beschmuddeln with unnecessary Fettfingerchen. Cinema posters from around the world with a variety of formats find its way into this serious and beautifully designed book. After a brief introduction summarizes the decades of the Hammer years and chronologically illustrated with photographs.
It is wonderful how great to look at the artwork of all the Hammer productions, and now with the present volume, a dignified bundling experiences.
this one comes across many a film that has come an ever laid eyes on, and can thus its list of Hammer films, to be published in Germany would be desirable to extend or always seek alternatives abroad.
The individual films can often be found for as material and it's amazing to compare the individual country-specific posters and to reconstruct a bit of history. With many films are also still find information about the format of the poster, supplied anecdotes.
Unfortunately, to be "The Art Of Hammer" sold out currently in essence, and you should therefore ensure fast even his copy. Normally you get it for around 21 €, but the moon prize traders have struck again and offer the book for prices above the 60 € border.
For foreign shops there should still be a problem, should get hold of a copy
The loving and complete set in any case be in every collection Hammer. Therefore, as almost always full recommendation.

Groping Women On Trains

Død SNO (NOR - 2009)

The first Norwegian flick, which is discussed here and then immediately with a Zombies!
The Scandinavians are a crazy people, and just as crazy is this absolutely adorable Nerdfilms.
Nerdfilms Why? It is quite obvious that he intended to appeal to a certain clientele. It could be described as a fan film. That's always a damn difficult thing and some are already gescheiert it miserably. Exemplary is the absolutely botched "Bitch Slap" (2009) mentioned. That was just crap. Loveless, useless and irrelevant. I say that actually all the movies, be they ever so poor, can get something positive.
When Zombies I then like to have a bonus, but even there it can happen very quickly that the atmosphere slips into his trousers. Especially if you have a funny zombie movie ala "Shaun of the Dead" (2004) or "Brain Dead" (1992) wants to tinker.
"DOD SnO" So goes with trying to turn a funny zombie flicks with all sorts of name dropping and stereotypes, on very thin ice.
The zombie mythology is something on its head. It is unusual that also bitten turn into zombies and Nazis Ollen Gammel can even run!
Fortunately, "DOD SnO" also one of the few candidates that impress, although they present fast zombies.
The beginning is solid, but does not provide as good figure and one would almost have feared worse, but luckily gets one then the curve.
What is it about. A group of three sections and four guys goes to the middle of a deserted winter holiday paradise in a secluded cabin. The fourth woman is already there or get to (you know, not exactly, but it does not matter), even if they zerkloppt of zombies pretty. Yes, that's right. In Død SnO "kloppen the zombies with fists still on the victims before they nibble on them.
Ok, the zombies have a special feature, they are Nazi zombies from the second world war and somehow cursed because they are looking for a golden treasure, or watch, for whatever reason. It does not matter here anyway, because the motivation does not matter and it is easy decides to the mindless slaughter.
Nazi zombies? Because it certainly rings some. There were times this funny French / English film in the early 80's called "Le Lac Des Morts vivants" (Zombie Lake - 1981). Years ago, when people still went to school and a buddy a power of attorney for 18er films had, we had a lot of fun with this completely absurd logic and film errors only so exuberant movie. But we digress.
The medical students are so on the way to the hut. Since we had the long-haired driver, who is worried about his mangled girlfriend now has a native academics with glasses, either absolute crap actors be brilliant overact or other types and the fat Filmnerd, running around with the Brain Dead shirt. And here we are again at Fanfaktor.
Ausgrechnet the fat pug gets the hot sections, which is also happens to be on horror films from. Haha. There is also a hot sex scene in the thunder box (located outside course) and they may even descend into the depths of the sewer. In addition to the cuts, there is the dread-haired alternative girl and a blonde.
Everything is ok, there are humorous dialogue, great nature shots and spread the cottage a little Evil Dead-style. When the zombies get started then, the film goes in the solid and enthusiastic as he absolutely gets it right. Comic scenes, to make other strip recurrent sequences and daft ideas "DOD SnO" a Scandinavian highlight and finally brings back the light in the last adrift in the direction of Exploitation Zombiesubgenre. So it is still possible to find all the mediocre Zombieepigonen tell something fairly new, and thereby serve the good old Trade Marks. In short, everyone is happy.
With such a high Schplädderlevel I did not expect in life. The tendency was the last recent films rather anemic, so I had prepared myself in advance to an unspectacular and rather modest film.
was even more magnificent, of course, the impression, after all the fireworks were burned down.
The zombies have a spectacular make-up and their number is impressive. With dead birds, chainsaw, snowmobile and machete the zombies will be gone in the neck until the blood only as an attempt by the white landscape.
If you then still considered the great soundtrack that aligns largely on home-grown players in the Norwegian language, coming from the lobes do not get out.
The part could be a classic, just depends on it, how quickly it wears out, but I'm still totally excited.
A big thank you at this point to the guys at Dirty Pictures (and especially Diabolik!), The competition I have to thank it for allowing me to admire this little gem.
There would be a lot to tell, but these strips should be at best speak for themselves and simply enjoy it in a comfortable round, either with a cool beer.
Unlimited recommendation for zombie lovers and friends Horror!

Is It Normal To Have Hcg Levels Of 5 Mu/ml

fear

Actually, we do not need to fear. It is no war with us. The country is fairly calm. Most governments have a program for social care for people who find themselves suddenly in need. Otherwise the life of most of us are not very exciting and dangerous. Nevertheless, there are millions of people who have to live in fear. As in many large cities is the fear of attacks and crime, fear of economic loss, fear of road accidents, pain, injustice, from disease, hunger, persecution and death.
There are very anxious people who fear to be afraid of everything, even to find out anything is. You have a nervous character, and can probably not much for it. However, they must therefore often insert sarcasm. Anyway, they see a danger everywhere, everything is threatening to her. Fear of man or fear of the other they do not say what to say. They are pursuing the challenges of life out of the way, they dare not because they are afraid of the risk. You do not make, or bad decisions for fear it might go wrong. In a way, they choose the fear as a guide to the great issues of their lives. I often have you thought ". The fear may indeed be a guide, but it is not always a good counselor, you can stop us and constrict and retreat and surrender trick where it would actually achieve much, where we would go ahead only courageous.
Other people are again boiled hard, they fear nothing and nobody. It was sometimes very good and wholesome to have a little more fear. The fear can hold us back from committing stupidities. It can prevent us from driving too fast to complete a risky contract, to start a fight with someone or a process. Fear can save us from our possessions or our lives recklessly putting at risk and in our own misfortune, or destruction of racing. Some people would certainly have been happy if he is a little timid, reticent and would have been more cautious.
In part, I think, you can get used to but also of fear and hardening off. If you often in dangerous situations, was not that something bad has happened, then you will be safer and less anxious, perhaps even reckless. This is good for some types and desirable. However, in other more critical. It should not be a matter for them to harden even more now and be courageous to the contrary. Lack of fear can be traced to lack of experience. The child who does not fear the flame, or play with a sharp knife, is not brave, but inexperienced. I heard one of seafarers were asked if they would get scared in a big storm and fear. But they are the usual and fearless men. They said: "We are afraid because we are men, because we know the risk and they do not take lightly." Fearlessness is not synonymous with courage, but simply the danger of blindness and their potential consequences over. Some people has already come to grief, because in his inexperience, the plight of unrecognized or misjudged. To be afraid is not always negative. Particularly helpful is to be afraid of the warnings of God. God is in fact not an indifferent grandfather, but a judge who punishes severely. It is only for our good if we take his threats seriously and guard us from fear of punishment and the court from evil. That can save us from eternal death in hell.

Creepy Images - a different kind Fanzine

Many of you are familiar with small photos yet. Fortunately, I had the presence of that very small picture in the early 90 also given. Lobby display cases in which the next great movie directed and anfixten with carefully chosen stills of the movie-goers.
Our old cinema had 6 of these boxes and after school it was actually standard to stroll past it and figure out what to hide behind the great strip appetizers well. It was not a cinema, but rather a typical small town with a cinema hall, real popcorn machine and wonderfully nostalgic seating in the foyer, but it was still fantastic. Today it is a supermarket and posting photos or lobby cards have disappeared almost completely from cinemas. What remains are the only cinema posters, in the be the play of light temples of the new cinema times expressively wrinkled or cut presented. Trailer on the Internet and viral marketing campaigns, the presentation of films have replaced outdated. Worse, however, is that I never got to experience the time when I have been here celebrating B-movies the audience visually palatable in the form of posters and lobby cards.
better the more that since May 2009, a fanzine indicates which deals with precisely the issue of promotional materials and offers the opportunity to immerse yourself in this time and also for collectors of these Filmdevotionalien much information on the scope or reprints of photo sets, but also the various International versions There. Therefore, in addition to German, Italian, English or French still photo sets are printed.
to movies are horror and Exploitationstreifen the 50s to 80s. So it is of American batons of British Hammer films to Italian zombie movies.
The booklet called Creepy Images has a small but beautiful and very handy A5 format and printed on very high-quality paper in full color. The layout is tastefully chosen nostalgic and fits perfectly with the material presented. Meanwhile
5 issues and appeared on track to # 6 from February for the readership available. How can
you imagine the fanzine in practice? It is written in English in order to reach an international audience. However, it is understandable and yet sophisticated formulated so that it is a welcome change instead of a disturbing factor. The respective films, there are some comments and background, such as the prohibition of certain lobby in Germany.
The first issue contains 48 pages and deals with the German lobby cards from "Antropophagus" (1980), and "Le Notti Del Terror" (1981), the Italian for "Shock Waves" (1977), the French of "The Texas Chainsaw Massacre "(1974) and the English" Dracula Contra Frankenstein (1972).
From the second edition, there will also be three special gifts in the form of great ideas and an increased number of pages to 52 (from # 4 even 64 !!!). So you can in # 2 a lot about the legendary Hammer Films and their visual presentation in Japan. In issue # 3 may then be happy living in Germany watching films especially. This will be discussed on 8 pages on the fantastic film, and in particular to its promotional material in Germany and, as always, beautifully illustrated. Italo fans can look forward as well, as is mentioned in addition to the Italian lobby cards and posters in the # 4 a special about the Giallo and its graphical presentation. Just great!
gets for the fair price of 6.50 € to some and therefore they produce my full recommendation for this purchase with heart and soul fanzine! The need to work simply by buying support.
more information, sample pages and ordering options you can also see on the website of Creepy Images .

Should I Wear Heels To An Ice Skating Date?

arms initiative Yes or No?

(We see both the pros and cons posters for weapons Initiative)
On 13 February we will vote on the initiative "to protect against weapons of violence" from.

(is a Swiss now shown in front of the posters)
We will now perform with the Swiss two small experiments to examine the arguments of the proponents and opponents.

(In the background, only the Pro-poster is seen)
At first we come to the arguments of the proponents. You want to prevent gun owners commit suicide, threatening their families and neighbors with the gun or even shoot.

(The Swiss was given a gun) And
? Feel you have the urge to kill someone?
(Swiss shakes his head) But you do
surely threaten someone?
(again, he shakes his head, then he will have a second Rifle)
And now?
(re head shake)

(Now you can see only the Contra poster of the SVP)
Now to the arguments of the opponents: They fear that the people will be defenseless in the adoption of the initiative, armed criminal aliens and that the army would be away eventually and Switzerland from their mortal enemies, the EU and Muammar Gaddafi, would be captured without resistance.

If we now take away the same Swiss both guns back there is a very real danger that the room is stormed by burglars from Exjugoslavien so equal and Libyan soldiers who kill him on the spot. We recommend that children under 18 URGENT years to stop the film at this point. We also ask you to reproduce this experiment Absolutely not at home.

(Swiss rolls his eyes)
Are you ready, Mr. Swiss?
(Swiss nods vigorously)
(The weapons disappear for a few seconds there is silence. The Swiss look to the left and right. Then silence again. He despise his hands, gets up and goes unnerved.)

Hm .. well ... We hope that our experiment has helped them make a decision. Bye.

Vitamin A Capsules On Skin

The Green Hornet (2011)

I really am a friend of comic book movies and leave, even though the general's my way, since like 5 am and just be inspired to fast. In "The Green Hornet" (2011), I screwed down as a precaution so my expectations (and because I Seth Rogen is not particularly guess) and put me in the preview.
originated the character of a radio series of the 30s, which later became a comic series, which ended in the 90s and has since been reactivated by Dynamite Entertainment. It also produced some films in the 60s and there was also a TV series.
How was the strip now? I must say I'm thrilled.
Jay Chou as an unnamed sidekick makes a great job, also because his character is one who stands in the spotlight.
In the trailer you could see already that they have put much emphasis on humor and there could be legitimate concern that the full seriousness flutes were received. Somehow creates "The Green Hornet" and the balancing act remains in full balance. Above all, the story that describes not super heroes but ordinary spinner, adds variety and credibility.
The story is basically told quickly.
a rich snob, son of a newspaper publisher gets donated after his death, the newspaper empire. As he has in fact done just party, he does not really know what to do with it until he Kato, a former employee who meets who has a lot of gray matter and technically still a good fighter. Together they decide out of a beer mood, stir up the underworld of the city, occur but not as heroes but real villains. That's kind of stupid and makes them not necessarily make life easier, but hey, the story more exciting.
The female lead is on the now visibly aged Cameron Diaz. I do not like, but in this film she is ok. More specifically, they even surprised me, because it copes with her role believable with a few exceptions. Oh yes, we still have Sir Christoph Waltz, who finally may mimic a villain. As Chudnofsky, Bloodnofsky later, he shines once more, and with his charm the figure to appear funny and grim. A few bad guys were so nice and still pretty angry. Special Praise also goes to the soundtrack, which is absolutely full of atmosphere and rock. The a team-esque (we include ourselves and make things cool cars and weapons) scenes are thus particularly well.
Seth Rogen as a simple-minded goal is like always added, but convincing in the subject. The smaller brawls with Jay Chou are choreographed and arranged super intelligent. The only thing missing really is a great female performer.
we reduce "The Green Hornet" to what it is, it is called an action comedy. Therefore, great emphasis was laid on to make it appear in today's times still special.
Half Bullet Time - Scenes liked I do not so much because they looked like but very computer-animated. The bulk of the action scenes were real, but then damn well staged. The king's discipline, the car chase master, the film can courageously and with the Inspector Gadget-esque features the cart points properly and provide surprises.
The film is absolutely charming, has some Knallergags an average, but technically top story and converted a lot of powerful imagery. should
the action fan, and the Normalo Genrefan "The Green Hornet" respond if one does not go right from the start with an anti-consumer in the strip. Sure, there are logic errors, but it is fortunately the most to me Humor dreaded Blödel not.
This month waiting for "Tron" (2011). Heavy Metal!

Night Creatures (The gang of Captain Clegg - 1962)

Arr, arr a pirate movie from Hammer? Not quite, but still somehow. A ghost movie? Not really, but there are a few scary moments. "Night Creatures" (1962) is a mixed bag, offering something for everyone. Above all, the film feels refreshingly different. With Peter Cushing again one has a hammer icon in a leading role and a few other actors we already know from other Hammer productions. It remains all in the family!
The story is about the evil pirate captain Clegg. This promoted a brawny fellow of his crew after he betrayed him to leave on a deserted island to pay him for the betrayal. We are located in the 18th century and the years go by, to us the grave stone of evil buccaneer is presented. The common villain is thus passed away, and hanged in the village it is the people thanks to the illegal smuggling relatively well. Elsewhere, where the villages and their economic activities strictly to the royal wishes and are subject to taxation, the people are suffering great hunger.
Drum wonder you can not, that the royal troops to the lucrative smuggling alcohol not wise to have come. To reach, even to several boats with soldiers disliked the mainland and the village proper shake up. Who do they have in tow with this? Right, have the beefy boys, whom she picked up shortly after his pirate punishment on the island and trained as a sniffer dog to drink.
Throughout history there are many interesting twists and it trembles with the fate of village citizens. The resolution is not implausible and really surprising. Fortunately, because unfortunately it is often sensed in movies this time, the Plottwist very early. Magnificent scenery, clean and beautiful location shots and powerful performance provide the necessary authenticity.
Then there is a bonus also a dark legend of the bog.
There is haunted namely, even scary. Bony ghost ride around, one or the other frightened to death and shine through the mist through.
Here one has come up with something, and get the shots convincingly in the box. It takes quite a few settings until you realize that horses and riders are dressed in robes edged black skeleton. But who is behind this band? You do not know.
Peter Cushing sees as a pastor with his first Silver Fox a bit funny, but already fully blooms on a very short time and plays the clergy outstanding with a dark secret. Since may, as in many other of his films, and the breakneck action scenes are missing.
For ornithologists, it is also great shots of mute swans, grebes and avocets.
director Peter Graham Scott conjures with "Night Creatures" a frightening and only partially romanticized image of early modernism during the French Revolution.
addition, he and Yvonne Romain a charming female lead on board, which all men would be in the movie at your feet. If they were not so rude Spacken and take the general would what they want.
Conclusion: an unusual strip from the Hammer film company who knows how to inspire with its many quirks and exciting atmosphere. The grand presentation of Koch Media Hammer series in which he appeared as No. 9 and thus the next to last release, the perfect frame and fits beautifully.
The extensive notes in the booklet about the production process, the original novel and the quasi race with Disney are very interesting. German and American trailers, and a picture gallery with lots of poster artwork and lobby cards round out the movie experience as wonderful.
a really good hammer, not the B-movie-savvy people excited is!

raid - ass in the coffin

Taste how good taste tablets
Look how slow a patient die
Be patient Guinea
... to your ass in the coffin is

Smell as contaminated rain smells like gurgling water
Listen versiecht
tasting how beautiful it is in the toxic waste ...
crawls up your ass in the coffin

Listen is as the explosions echo
When the first rockets fall on the cities
no fear he will be victorious
... even if your ass is in the coffin

Note how the sirens sing melodically
you will on the earth over dead bodies
tests how well the government jump cheats
still at the last day of the mouth sore is lying

Black Dynamite (2009)

Dynamite, Dynamite!
Granted, I am somewhat versed in the sub-genre called blaxploitation, and I must admire the exception of "Foxy Brown" (1974) and "Shaft" (1971), only very few films from that sector. That will change but hopefully soon. Not least because this small, loving tribute is to blame.
characterized Blaxploitation are black actor with huge Afros and even bigger guns. Mostly it is about crime films with a decent charge action, but the less action. Trash is the key, can you dig it?
In "Back Dynamite" (2009) DYNAMITE! Scott Sanders has some scrap all these quality movies with their lovable flaws thrown in a pot and sizzling from the ultimate reminiscence of modern times. Often, something has gone in the pants, but also thanks to the incredibly cool and tight ass lead actor Michael Jai White as Black Dynamite DYNAMITE! does it all here.
Derbe ingenious sayings and music to feed the thin, but also stupid act.
Many women, sometimes in provocative poses, adorn the celluloid and Black Dynamite! Bedroom.
The brother of Black Dynamite DYNAMITE! was shot and an unscrupulous dealer Smack ticked to the children of the orphanage. All this brings the ex-CIA Bulls Black Dynamite DYNAMITE! up the wall. It meanders through his hood, visits his Mama and the whole thing comes slowly on the track. Can you dig it?
addition, also made a trip to the Far East to the secret ingredient out of a penis shrinking beer.
The story is however not very important, because actually it is only needed for an oblique series of scene to the next.
It has really thought about and parodied every cliché with dignity. Since Over Acting on a large scale is operated, the microphone kept relaxed in the picture, but sometimes the actors middle of the fighting visibly replaced by a stuntman. Doubling the scenes, cars change color as they fall off cliffs and be made the absurd chains of association.
Black Mama show her rhythm, shake their Afros, but Black Dynamite DYNAMITE! with all of them is ready.
with Kung Fu or karate harsh blows he verkloppt his opponents, whether gangsters or dealer, can you dig it?
The atmosphere is decisively shaped by the great language and with the help of the 70 years Equipment strengthened. Wood paneling, by far the hottest wallpaper patterns, plush carpets and colorful beads, this film, she has all!
Speaking language. There is of course difficult. You will naturally affect significantly the feel of the film. The rough slang is only possible with very deep voice over really well. "Black Dynamite" Dynamite! above all is the original sound fun, but I also have a look one in the German dubbing and was really surprised positively. The voices fit well and the pun was where it was transported intelligent in the German language. Consequently, a praise to the Synchonisationsstudio!
But the soundtrack was also done something really wonderful. With Adrian Younge has to be taken absolutely capable composer on board who is a whole spectrum cover of styles from funk to soul. All instruments were played by him and he has also written a large part of the lyrics. Therefore, you should consider directly whether this enchanting piece of nostalgic music art do not begin with in house. Can you dig it?
There is a really wonderful homemade plate to score. Heavy 180 gram vinyl with Lyricsheet and 2 Lobby Cards included. Limit the plate at 2,000 units and in Waxpoetics has been released. Who is still not enough can also treat yourself to the soundtrack of David Hollander selected pieces for the film.
A big program I each, ready to gain some of the music can be warmly recommended to interpret. Can you dig it?
